Situation 1: Web / Member Center Subscriptions

If your account was registered on the ChatArt website, you can easily cancel your recurring subscription through the ChatArt Member Center:

• Step 1. Log into the ChatArt Member Center.
• Step 2. Select "My Product" / "Subscription Management" to view purchased items.
• Step 3. Choose the subscription you wish to terminate and click "Cancel Subscription".
• Step 4. Click "Get Code" to receive a security verification code in your registered email.
• Step 5. Enter the verification code and confirm "Cancel Subscription Now".

Situation 2: App Store / Google Play Purchases

If you purchased via mobile In-App Purchase, please manage or cancel your auto-renewal directly in your Apple ID or Google Play Store subscription settings, or contact our support team for help.
